Bir Saha Servis Mühendisi olarak, bölgenizdeki Hach ekipman portföyünün müşteri odaklı teknik desteğinden (devreye alma, bakım ve onarımlar) sorumlu olacaksınız. İşiniz ile müşterilerimiz için fark yaratırsınız. Kişisel iletişiminiz, yüksek düzeyde müşteri memnuniyeti ve yakın müşteri sadakati için çok önemlidir.

Bu rolde tipik bir gün şöyle geçecektir,

• Bölgenizdeki müşterilerimize günlük (şirket aracınızla) ziyaret yapacaksınız,

• Çalışma gününüz genellikle Ankara Merkez ofiste başlar ve biter.

• Seyahatte olduğunuz zamanlar ayda 1-2 hafta Mesai saatleri içinde güvenli bir şekilde eve dönüş mümkün değilse veya mantıklı gelmiyorsa, otelde konaklayabilirisiniz.

• Devreye alma ve kullanıcı eğitiminden, bakım ve onarımlara kadar, su ve atık su ölçümüne yönelik tüm Hach ürün portföyünden sorumlu olacaksınız.

• Satış departmanıyla yakın bir şekilde çalışacak ve servis sözleşmelerimizi ve yenilemelerimizi artırmak için destekte bulunacaksınız.

• Ürün geliştirme desteğinin yanı sıra test kurulumları veya müşteri siparişleri için kurulum desteği de sağlayacaksınız.

Pozisyonun temel gereksinimleri:

• Üniversitelerin Elektrik,Elektronik, Mekatronik, Biomedikal, Çevre Mühendisliği, Kimya Mühendisliği, Kimya, Tıbbi Cihaz Teknolojileri ve Otomasyon alanlarında üniversite mezunu olmak,

• B sınıfı ehliyet ve yurtiçi / yurt dışı iş seyahatlerinde ve şehir dışı düzenli konaklamalarda herhangi bir engelin olmaması.

• Tercihen en az orta düzeyde İngilizce bilgisine sahip olmak

As a Field Service Engineer you will be responsible for the customer-oriented technical support of the Hach equipment portfolio within your region (commissioning, maintenance and repairs). You make the difference for our customers. Your personal contact is essential for a high level of customer satisfaction and close customer loyalty.

In this role, a typical day will look like this:

• You will travel daily (in your company car) to our customers within your region,

• Your working day will usually start office in Ankara.

• Monthly for 1-2 week will be in a customer side, If a safe journey home within working hours is not possible or does not make sense, you will stay overnight in a hotel.

• You will be responsible for the entire Hach product portfolio for water and wastewater measurement, from commissioning and customer briefing to maintenance and repairs

• You will work closely with sales and make recommendations to extend our service contracts and replacements.

• You will provide product enhancement support as well as installation support for test setups or customer orders.

The essential requirements of the position include:

• University degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Biomedical, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Medical Device Technologies or Automation

• Class B driving licence and having no barriers in domestic/international business travel and out-of-town regular stays

• Preferably to have at least intermediate level of English
