Guardian Glass is looking for a Field Service Engineer to join our team in Northeast US!

Interested candidates should reside in the Northeast US or Michigan.

The Field Service Engineer (FSE) is our key technical interface for both our internal and external high-performance glass customers, within our Commercial, Residential and Interiors glass product segments.

The ideal candidate is self-driven, highly motivated, and looking for an opportunity to apply technical knowledge and problem-solving skills within the fabricated glass products marketplace.

What You Will Do

Perform in-person and remote certification process audits using existing checklists Respond to field quality issues at the customers facility and after the glass is installed Complete detailed trip reports and communicate the results to internal stakeholders and the customer Support fabrication process improvement initiatives for our customers through presentations, hands-on training, and suggested process adjustments

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

Experience in field service, technical support, technical sales, or production leadership in a technical or manufacturing environment Experience problem solving and communicating across multiple levels of an organization Willingness to travel 40 - 60%

What Will Put You Ahead

Associate's Degree  or technical certificate in a related field Glass experience in a manufacturing environment

For this role, we anticipate paying $80,000 - $90,000 per year. At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
