About the position...

The full-stack developer will be tasked with designing and implementing web solutions within an agile development framework. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in developing and deploying both front-end and back-end applications in cloud environments, with a focus on optimising performance, scalability, and user experience for complex web applications.

YOU'LL GET TO...

  • Create solutions for new and existing IRM customer implementations.

  • Lead the architecture, design, and development of full-stack web applications.

  • Participate in high-level technical design and architecture discussions.

  • Lead design and solution discussions with Iron Mountain partner vendors.

  • Collaborate with various Iron Mountain teams to implement complex solutions.

  • Work with project managers and stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.

  • Collaborate with the leadership team on existing features and future roadmap items.

  • Actively develop, test, and deploy clean, efficient, and well-documented code.

  • Analyse and resolve issues; escalate to senior management when needed.

  • Ensure timely and effective implementation and deployment of solutions to development, QA, and production environments.

  • Ensure the performance and quality of deliverables.

  • Work with quality assurance to validate and verify deliverables.

  • Identify and resolve project issues, escalating when necessary.

  • Encourage continuous improvement by adopting new tools and methodologies.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE...

  • 6+ years of proven track record as a seasoned developer in the following tech stack.

  • Proficient in the following technologies and languages

  • React JS, Redux, Material UI , ReCharts, and Javascript. Experience in any Design Systems is a Plus.

  • Experience with React Canvas and React Flow for creating interactive, high-performance user interfaces and dynamic data visualisations.

  • Java, Collections, and Spring Boot

  • Code Repositories : Gitlab , Git or Bitbucket

  • Build Tools : Jenkins

  • API Integration (RESTful)

  • JSON and XML

  • SQL and NoSQL Databases (Oracle, Mongo, Dynamo, PostGreSQL)

  • Message Bus (Kafka)

  • Cloud Technologies : AWS, GCP (Docker Images, Container as a Service, Kubernetes)

  • Working Knowledge and Understanding of microservices and serverless architectures.

  • Understanding of Machine Learning and AI techniques.

  • Proficiency with DevOps practices, including continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

  • Knowledge of containerisation technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

  • Great attention to detail

  • BE, BTech or MCA from accredited or recognised university
