ManpowerGroup Pricing Specialist in Boise, Idaho

Our client is seeking a dynamic Pricing Specialist to join their team. As a Pricing Specialist, you will be part of Operations supporting the Sales team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and analytical skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Pricing Specialist

Location: Boise Idaho ON SITE

Pay Range: $24.49/hour

What’s the Job?

  • Making independent pricing decisions within given guidelines.

  • Develop and maintain key customer relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Work with Sales and /or Sales Operations to resolve any escalated delivery and/or pricing issues.

  • Provide contract pricing guidelines to our sales team and provide blanket pricing.

  • Own a subset of customers and drive to meet/exceed established revenue and sales targets and metrics.

What’s Needed?

  • High school diploma or GED; associate's degree or higher preferred.

  • Pricing strategy, contract negotiation experience

  • Ability to issue competitive quotes

  • Excellent verbal and written communication

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
