Description

We are offering an exciting opportunity in Cleveland, Ohio. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, coding, and documenting large-scale software applications and associated equipment. This role also entails converting symbolic statements of problems to detailed logical flow charts for coding into applications and solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design and code large-scale software applications.

• Document the development process of software applications and associated equipment.

• Convert symbolic statements of problems into detailed logical flow charts for coding into applications and solutions.

• Prepare block diagrams for software applications.

• Correct program errors to ensure the smooth operation of applications.

• Prepare operating instructions for software applications.

• Compile documentation for program development.

• Utilize database management skills to handle large volumes of data.

• Create and manage Business Requirement Documents.

• Use design skills to create visually appealing and functional software applications.

• Utilize Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and CRM for various tasks related to the role.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in a similar role

• Proven expertise in Business Systems, Database management, and CRM

• Experience creating Business Requirement Documents

• Strong working knowledge of MS Office 365

• Experience with Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft Teams

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills

• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field
