Job Description

Responsibilities

• Support current Immuno Diagnostics Products/Phadia customers to protect current installed base.

• Take a critical role for TSS tasks including supporting applications for IDD products.

• Communicate with the product global headquarter for customer’s inquiry.

• Support and response customers with scientific information, materials, requests, application and so on.

• Support users and dealers with installation, system evaluation, training and demonstration.

• Build and keep relationship with lab users, lab doctors and clinicians.

• Develop and upgrade the related materials such as manuals, SOP, instruction and user guidance.

• Support and cooperate colleague teams, Sales, Marketing, Technical SVC and Channel team for revenue increase and customer satisfaction as well.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience related to Medical, Biology, Microbiology, Chemistry and Bioengineering

• Academic background in Medical, Biology, Microbiology, Chemistry and Bioengineering are preferred.

Experience

• At least 5 years of professional experience in related fields.

• Preferable if have experience in the medical device and/or IVD diagnostics.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

• Knowledge, Skills and Abilities necessary to perform essential functions.

• Ability to plan and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
