Summary of Role:

Oversee daily operations in collaboration with senior executives and department leaders.

Essential Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations in collaboration with senior executives and department leaders. Review information shared with the Office of the CEO through the lens of GF’s long-term strategic objectives (including but not limited to revenue generation, technology development, cost and productivity optimization, investment analysis and decision-making) and use that to prioritize the CEO’s engagements and responses. Create business processes and solutions for critical engagements and programs, gain stakeholder alignment and drive execution tracking. Serve as a subject-matter expert, handling inquiries, developing action plans, and assisting with preparation and dissemination of communications.

Other Responsibilities:

• Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements, and programs.

Required Qualifications:

• Education – Master’s Degree or a foreign equivalent in Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Economics or related field of study.

• Experience – 3 years of progressively responsible post-baccalaureate experience in job offered, as a Business Analyst or related occupation. Requires 3 years of experience in: (1) creating and expanding highly-scalable multi-dimensional business performance models on the Anaplan platform; (2) defining and implementing KPI-based metrics; (3) financial modeling including operational metrics; (4) Lean Management methodologies; (5) data visualization and BI reporting technologies including PowerBI and Excel.

Salary range: $151,861 – $151,861
