OF OPENINGS: 11JOB DESCRIPTION: •Prepare reports on project specifications, activities, or status.•Co-ordinate with the off-shore and off-site/near-onshore team members during daily standups and various touch-point meetings.•Analyze information to determine, recommend, and plan enhancement of new system or enhancement of an existing system.•Effectively communicate among the team members about the daily scrum meetings for effective transition (waterfall to Agile methodology)•Facilitate and own the process of all the agile ceremonies such as stand-up, Review, Retrospective, planning, and Grooming sessions which will be implemented in the Program Increment Planning.•Work with project managers, architects, business analysts, and developers to drive deliverables, per scope and quality, following an agile cadence.•Collaborate with the business users in gathering requirements using requirements workshop observation and interviews.MINIMUM EDUCATION & SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Technology Management, Economics, Accounting, Business Analytics, or Related.
