Job Summary and Qualifications

This role is responsible for implementing and maintaining the core of Infor CloudSuite Financial modules. The job tasks include driving and developing efficient, effective solutions that augment delivered functionality. This role is also responsible for managing the system lifecycle, working with Infor and the business to resolve any issues and ensure updates are working as expected.

The role participates in process analysis to understand requirements, design solutions and prepare technical documentation. Use standard practices and procedures in software development process in keeping with HCA Healthcare standards. This staff member must use Infor technology and tools in the development of solutions for complex problems. This role conducts unit testing, bug fix remediation, analysis, and maintain documentation.

The ideal candidate will have 3 or more years of experience working in the following:

Infor technology products such as:

• Landmark

• Async

• Configuration Console

• Infor Process Automation

• Infor Document Management

• ION / ION API

• Infor Spreadsheet Designer

Experience with earlier versions of Lawson and Landmark, JavaScript, interfacing with internal and external systems, creating data extracts, and knowledge of Python would be beneficial.

This team member must:

Partner with necessary departments and vendors to ensure solutions meet business needs and HCA Healthcare standards.

Collaborate with other teams for quality assurance and user acceptance testing of application changes.

Participate in the rotating on-call schedule to support the business.

This team-oriented role requires strong communication skills, problem solving, a willingness to learn new technologies, and regular knowledge sharing with teammates.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

Program, code and test application components using internal development standards /conventions.

Participate in requirements definition and perform analysis of business requirements into design specifications for system development.

Work with other support developers, system administrators, database administrators, network engineers, security, vendors, etc. as required to determine integration requirements between systems and vendor applications.

Establish and follow technical standards, control technical design of application requirements

Provide technical and software support to customer efforts and provide on call problem resolution for production problems as required
