Under the direction of the AVP of Strategic Regional Partnerships,this position is a main point of contact for Davis Campus facility operations. This includes facility usage,including scheduling classrooms,offices and oversight of events and activities at the Davis Campus. Supervision of event technician,administrative specialist II,student and hourly staff. Manage budgets for the campus and the AVP of Regional Strategic Partnerships office. Coordinate and increase academic offerings at the Davis Campus by working with university partners including Dean's offices,continuing education,enrollment services,and NUAMES representatives by chairing the Davis Campus Academic Offerings committee. Work closely with the Davis Campus Marketing Committee chair to promote the Davis Campus in the community. Collaborates with NUAMES High School administration in partnership with the university. Coordinate with facilities management for repairs and maintenance issues. Coordinate with WSU police to provide security services. Oversight of building security,prox card and key access and management. Assist the AVP and other programs on campus as necessary
