Robert Half Intake Coordinator in San Francisco, California

Description

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize Clio and other designated software platforms to manage client intake processes according to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

  • Respond promptly to client inquiries received via intake forms, phone calls, or in-person meetings.

  • Monitor and manage the client pipeline to ensure timely follow-ups and communication.

  • Maintain communication with clients and prospects, providing updates and information as needed.

  • Respond to client emails and phone calls within a 24-hour timeframe.

  • Assist in managing the email inbox, handling a high volume of communications efficiently and accurately.

    Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of legal support/client intake experience

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage a high volume of client interactions effectively.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and courteous demeanor.

  • Proficiency in using software such as Clio and Slack; ability to adapt to new technologies and workflows.

  • Capable of working independently and taking initiative without constant supervision.

  • Ability to maintain accuracy and thoroughness in client interactions and data entry.
