The Finance Manger will be ras business partner for commercial partners, leading on reporting and analysis, deep involvement in AOP budget and strategic project execution. It is a role that requires a capability to align with both commercial and global stakeholders to focus on driving commercial excellence. Establishing strong partnerships with business leaders in the respective functions is critical. Well-built analysis and clear communication with senior finance leadership is needed.

What you will do:

- Understand key business drivers and provide management with accurate, timely, and relevant information for decision-making via current analysis processes as well as develop new processes for improvements

• Drive monthly local forecast reviews, participate in monthly sales forecast calls with business lead. Driving accurate projections through Annual Operating Plan, strategic plan and monthly forecasting updates through a solid process.

• Partner with Accounting team to monitor AR performance and credit strategic to customers.

• Identify, monitor, and articulate key operating metrics, business risks and opportunities associated with the plan and outlooks to the leadership team.

• Support division level initiatives, special projects, requests and ad-hoc financial analysis as required.

• Leverage TFS system (PLN, GLA, CMR) to drive and support continuous improvement efforts within finance.

Basic Qualification:

• BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Business.

• 5 plus years of financial analysis work. 5 years+ in budgeting & planning field in an international company.

• Hyperion Enterprise and ERP system or other planning system knowledge experience preferred.

• Availability to work autonomously, capable of managing large database. Skill with Power BI is preferred.

• Effective verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese.

• High level of proficiency in financial modelling required. Strong analytical and Problem-solving skills, capable of multi-tasking and comfortable under pressure.
