What you’ll do:

We are looking for one Senior Field Application Engineer, who should support sales team winning project, do good application failure analysis to solve customer application issue, provide technical support/consultant to end user, and improve Eaton LV segment solution.

• Win new business by spec-in effort providing application engineering support.

• Join customer visits with sales team on routine basis. Work out project solution meeting customer needs based on proactively coorperate with project stakeholder such as design institute, Panel Builder and EPC.

• Develop segment solution, promote technical advantage to customer.

• Do deep failure analysis by application checking with good analysis logic, coordinate cross functions work to do improvement.

• Do technical need comparison, provide replacement solution.

• Deliver technical training and services to both internal team and parters, support parters technical competency improve.

• VOC (Voice of Customers) collection, identify and help define new function/offerings to meet new demands, push internal team develop solution.

• Provide technical consulting to customer as good support of Hotline.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering or related background.

• At least 8 years’ experience in Low Voltage Components or Industry Control, responsible for technical, application, technical promotion work.

• Technical experience and knowledge on ACB, MCCB, MCB and Contactor.

• Perfect communication skill, also good at Analytical and Presentation.

• Effective in verbal and fluent in written English.

• Computer skills: MS Office, Excel, PPT.

• Self-motivated, energetic, hardworking, teamwork and interpersonal skills.

• Frequent business travel can work under pressure.
