Job Description

Join our Global Technology Strategic leadership team!

Reporting to the VP of Global Technology Strategy, this role leads organizational change and enablement to further the objectives of implementing the vision, mission, and strategic objectives.

Collaborate with our unit leaders in optimizing cross-team engagement, creating compelling employee and customer experiences, outcomes and the delivery of strategic objectives as a transformation agent, and supporting executive communications.

As a trusted advisor on current industry trends; liaison with Global Technology communications, segment level strategy leads and change teams as well as senior executives across the organization to ensure alignment, consistency, optimization and marketing of transformational directions.

Key accountabilities include:

Organizational Change Enablement

  • Drives awareness, knowledge, ability and reinforcement of change enablement strategies and tactical planning, to help employees and partners navigate the change curve effectively and efficiently.

  • Provides analysis of change enablement risks and develops and delivers on mitigation strategies to ensure adoption and sustainment of change.

  • Designs, drives, tracks, and builds improvement planning for full suite of change enablement Key Performance Indicators, build metrics to ensure evaluate progress and outcomes.

  • Continually seeks out industry trends in organizational change enablement to deliver best practices and unique value to Global Technology.

  • Collaborates with leadership teams on setting the direction and vision for the team, as well as coaching and mentoring consultative efforts for the group.

Employee and Partner Engagement

  • Leads and delivers engagement plans and change sustainment practices for Technology senior leadership, people managers and employees.

  • Delivers on change requirements suitable for a matrix environment related to change enablement communications, rewards and recognition efforts, branding and marketing, and a focus on the investment in our people.

  • Ensures employees and collaborators can articulate how their daily work contributes to Technology vision and mission, and its annual goals and strategic imperatives.

  • Drives, manages, tracks engagement/participation for Global Technology event management, such as Town Halls and community events.

  • Ensures engagement plans have the focus and clarity in establishing individual goals, drive performance and support career development.

Transformational Communications

  • Partners with the executives and key team members to foster effective implementation of frameworks, processes, and tools, using communications best to drive support.

  • Provides clarity and partnership to establish open communications across segments and teams to drive collaboration and understanding.

  • Works with finance partners to craft and drive the narrative of annual operating and investment budgets consistent with short and long-term financial goals.

  • Ensures effective communications occurs vertically and horizontally on key success contributors to financial success using forecasts, monthly reporting and other financial measures.

  • Collaborates with Change enablement teams across other segments align executive message and deliver change messages.

Job Requirements:

  • Supporting executive and c-suite teams in delivery of large-scale transformational programs.

  • Support a technical team that drives new-age thinking balanced with cost and efficiency drivers.

  • Demonstrated critical thinking and planning at a strategic and tactical level, with an ability to translate strategic plans into specific change enablement objectives and execution plans.

  • Capability to drive timely communication to mitigate risks and drive opportunities.

  • Lead and build metrics to align corporate targets to outcomes.

  • Demonstrated success at cross-functional project & service delivery, involving multiple technical teams, partners, and business functions.

  • Demonstrated success working in large, global, matrixed environment to get results.

  • Exceptional communications skills to communicate effectively at all levels with both technical and non-technical team members.

  • Ability to maintain composure whilst delivering on time critical change and communication initiatives.

Salary & Benefits

The annual base salary for this role is listed below.

Primary Location

Toronto, Ontario

Salary range is expected to be between

$123,400.00 CAD - $229,300.00 CAD

The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training. Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance.
