What you’ll do:

Perform design and development of TCP products (Locking differentials, Electronic Locking differentials, Open differentials, Mechanical-LSD and other torque products) including VAVE a timely manner.

Design and develop products for new projects including validation in accordance with cost, function and manufacturability requirements.

Perform and document worst-case analysis, FMEA and reliability analysis.

Create and maintain project documentation (DFSS documents like FMEA, DVP&R, etc.)

Draft, design and approve drawings to ensure parts conform to customer requirements.

Interface with suppliers, customers and other internal departments on technical issues.

Keep management informed of project progress, customer interface and supplier discussion.

VAVE activities

Support and lead product improvement including design, quality in cooperate with operations

Qualifications:

• More than 10 years of experiences in driveline engineering business area

• Knowledge in driveline engineering (Powertrain products or Torque related product’s function and requirement would be better, like experiences in Differential, Axle, Transmission,…)

Skills:

• Must understand product development process and business system like APQP(PROLaunch) and EBS, etc

• DFSS skill and knowledge

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English with Eaton internal partners and customers – English communication skill is a mandatory.

• Design : Pro-Engineer, Auto-CAD, Catia, Creo

• Computer: MS-office(Excel, Power point, MS-word)
