Citigroup Senior Analyst in Custody Tax Operations in Warsaw, Poland
As a Senior Analyst in Custody Tax Operations you’ll be a part of a very dynamic team focused on: reconciling, processing, and submitting WHT tax reclaim applications, on the back of distributions paid to our Clients, to the tax authorities in various countries across the entire globe, resolving queries raised by tax authorities, clients or other 3rd parties, providing support to other tax processes if needed, assisting with special reports and projects, participating in new process onboarding and leading process changes.
Your key responsibilities:
Preparing documentation in the tax reclaim process
Validating documentation prepared by team members
Supporting the onboarding of new Clients or processes
Building safe environment to test new solutions and encourage outside the box thinking
Challenging covered process in order to identify and mitigate risks
Assisting in development junior team members
Supporting other team members in resolving the most difficult cases
Implementing process changes
Qualifications:
2-5 years relevant experience in financial operations
Fluency in English
Computer literacy (especially excel)
Experience in leadership and team play attitude
Ability to organize work efficiently and meet deadlines
Strong creativity, innovation, problem solving skills, multitasking
Willingness to develop and learn fast
Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience We offer:
